# Book a desk


# Book a desk

Need a desk for your next day in the office? You can browse available desks at your site and reserve one in just a few steps.

## Book a desk

1. **Navigate** to **Bookings** from the sidebar.
2. **Click** **Book a Space**.
3. **Select** **Desks** from the list of categories.
4. **Pick the date** you need. Desks default to an all-day booking.
5. **Click** **Check Availability** to see which desks are free.
6. **Pick a desk** from the list. If your building has a floor plan, you can also tap a desk on the interactive map.
7. **Click** **Reserve** to confirm your booking.

You will see a confirmation with your desk name, date, and booking status.

> **Tip:** You can book desks up to the advance booking limit set by your site -- if a date is greyed out, bookings haven't opened for that day yet.

## What if no desks are available?

If every desk shows as unavailable, try selecting a different date. Availability updates in real time, so a desk may open up if someone cancels.
