# Make a walk-up booking


# Make a walk-up booking

Arrived at the office without a booking? No problem. If spaces are available, you can book one on the spot and check in straight away.

## Make a walk-up booking

1. **Navigate** to **Bookings** from the menu on your app.
2. **Click** **Book a Space**.
3. **Select the type of space** you need -- for example, **Desks**.
4. **Select today's date.** The date should default to today.
5. **Click** **Check Availability** to see what is free right now.
6. **Pick an available space** from the list or the floor plan map.
7. **Click** **Reserve** to confirm.
8. If check-in is required, **tap** **Check In** straight away to confirm you are there.

> **Tip:** Walk-up bookings follow the same rules as advance bookings. If your site limits you to one desk per day, you will not be able to grab a second one.

## Lobby kiosks

Some buildings have a lobby kiosk where you can make a walk-up booking without opening the app. Tap **Book a Desk** on the kiosk screen, pick an available desk, confirm, and check in on the spot.
