Choose and switch your site

If your organisation has given you access to more than one site, you will need to choose which site to work in when you sign in. You can switch between sites at any time without signing out. This guide covers both.

Choose your site after signing in

1. Sign in to Smart Core Connect.
2. Instead of going straight to a dashboard, you will see a site selector showing each site you have access to as a card — for example, Pier Point and Harbor Tower.
3. Click the site you want to work in.
4. You will land on your dashboard for that site, with everything set to the right context.

Tip: On your next sign-in, Smart Core Connect remembers your last site and takes you there automatically. You will only see the site selector again if you need to make a different choice.

Switch to a different site

1. Open the user menu (your avatar or initials in the top corner).
2. Click Change site.
3. The site selector appears. Click the site you want to switch to.
4. Everything updates to your new site — the dashboard, navigation, and available features all reflect your role there. No need to sign out and back in.

If you only have one site

If your organisation has given you access to a single site, you will skip the site selector entirely. After signing in, you will go straight to your dashboard — there is nothing extra to choose.

What if a site disappears from the list?

If a site you previously had access to is no longer showing, your organisation may have changed your site assignments. Contact your administrator if you believe this is an error.
