Log in for the first time
Welcome to Smart Core Connect! This guide walks you through signing in for the first time. You will have received an invitation email from your organisation — that is your starting point.
Before you start
- Check your inbox for an invitation email from Smart Core Connect. If you cannot find it, check your spam or junk folder.
- You will need to create your sign-in credentials (such as a password) as part of the process.
Accept your invitation
- Open the invitation email and click the link inside it.
- You will be taken to your organisation's sign-in page. Create your credentials — depending on how your organisation has set things up, this may be a password, a passkey, or a connection to your company's existing sign-in system.
- Once your credentials are set, you will be signed in and taken straight into Smart Core Connect.
Tip: If your organisation uses a company-wide sign-in system (like Microsoft or Google), you may be able to sign in with your existing work credentials instead of creating new ones.
Sign in on return visits
- Open Smart Core Connect in your browser.
- Click Sign In.
- Complete the sign-in process using the credentials you set up previously.
- You will land on your dashboard, ready to go. If you only have access to one site, you will go straight there. If you have access to more than one site, you will be asked to choose — see Choose and switch your site.
Tip: If you have been away for a while, your session may have expired. Simply sign in again and you will be taken back to your dashboard.
Trouble signing in?
Problem | What to do |

You never received an invitation | Ask your organisation's administrator to resend it. |
Your sign-in fails | Check your credentials and try again. If the problem continues, contact your administrator. |
You see an "Account Disabled" message | Your account has been deactivated. Contact your administrator to have it re-enabled. |
