Read announcements

Announcements are your building's digital notice board. Whether it is an upcoming event, a lift out of service, or a food truck in the courtyard, you will find it here.

View your announcements

1. Open the Announcements page from the main navigation.

2. Browse the list of published announcements. You will see site-wide announcements from building management as well as announcements posted for your organisation.

3. Click on any announcement to read the full details, including the description, dates, times, and location.

4. Filter by category if you are looking for something specific, such as events, alerts, or food.

Good to know

• You only see announcements that are relevant to you -- either site-wide announcements or ones posted for your organisation at your site.
• Announcements may include an image alongside the description.
• Once an announcement has expired or been archived by an admin, it will no longer appear in your list.
