Invite a visitor
When you have a guest coming to your building, you can send them an invitation ahead of time. They will receive an email with a link to view their visit details, check-in code, and any parking you have arranged.
Before you start
You need to know your visitor's email address. If you also have their name and company, you can fill those in now -- otherwise your visitor can add them later through their SmartPass link.
Send an invitation
- Navigate to Visitors from the card.
- Click Invite Visitor.
- Enter your visitor's email address and choose the expected date for their visit.
- Optionally, expand the details section and fill in their first name, last name, and company. If you skip this, your visitor can complete it themselves.
- If you would like to reserve a parking space, toggle Reserve parking and select an available bay. You can leave the vehicle registration blank -- your visitor can enter it later.
- Click Send Invitation.
- You will see a confirmation, and the visit will appear in your visitor list.
Tip: You can invite up to 50 visitors at once -- handy for events or large meetings. You can also let visitors book their own parking by enabling self-booking instead of reserving a specific bay.
What happens next
Your visitor receives an email with a SmartPass link. If you provided their full details, they can see their check-in code straight away. If you only entered an email, they will be asked to complete a short form first.
You will be notified when your visitor arrives and checks in.
