View your visitor list


View your visitor list


Your visitor list shows all the visitors you have invited, along with their current status. You can quickly see who has arrived, who is still expected, and review past visits.


View your visitors


  1. Navigate to Visitors from the menu or card.


  1. Your list defaults to My Visitors -- these are the visits you created.


  1. Each visit shows the visitor's name, company, expected date, and current status.



  • Use the date filter to narrow your list to a specific day or date range.


  • Use the status filter to show only visitors with a particular status, such as Confirmed, Checked In, or Completed.

  1. Click on any visitor in the list to open their full details.


  1. The detail page shows:
  • Visitor name and company
  • Expected date
  • Check-in code
  • Check-in and check-out times (if applicable)
  • Parking details (if arranged)
  • Action buttons appropriate to the current status (for example, Cancel or Check Out)



Understanding visitor statuses


Status

What it means

Awaiting Details

Your visitor has not yet completed their registration through SmartPass.

Confirmed

Your visitor's details are complete and they are expected.

Expected Today

Your visitor is confirmed and their visit is today.

Checked In

Your visitor has arrived and checked in.

Completed

The visit is finished.

Cancelled

You or the visitor cancelled the visit.

No Show

The expected date passed and the visitor did not arrive.


Tip: You will receive a notification when your visitor arrives and checks in, so you do not need to keep checking the list.
