View your visitor list Your visitor list shows all the visitors you have invited, along with their current status. You can quickly see who has arrived, who is still expected, and review past visits. Invite a visitor When you have a guest coming to your building, you can send them an invitation ahead of time. They will receive an email with a link to view their visit details, check-in code, and any parking you have arranged. Before you start You need to know your visitor's email address. If you also have their name and company, you can fill those in now -- otherwise your visitor can add them later through their SmartPass link. Manage visitor parking When visitors are invited to your building, parking can be arranged in advance -- either by the person inviting them or by the visitor themselves through their SmartPass link. As a site administrator, you have visibility across all visitor parking bookings and can look up vehicles by registration number. Visitor self-check-in at a kiosk Some buildings have a self-service kiosk or QR code in the lobby so visitors can check in without needing to speak to a receptionist. This is useful for buildings without a staffed front desk, or during busy periods. Check in a visitor at reception When a visitor arrives at your building, reception staff can look them up and check them in with a couple of clicks. The person they are visiting is notified automatically. Check in a pre-registered visitor Navigate to Visitors from the sidebar. Switch the scope to Organisation or All so you can see all expected visitors, not just your own. Filter by today's date and the Confirmed status to see who is expected.
