Review and manage site bookings

As a site administrator, you can see every booking across your site -- not just your own. This gives you a complete picture of how desks, rooms, and parking spaces are being used across all organisations at your site.

View all site bookings

  1. Navigate to Bookings from the main top bar.
  2. Switch to Site Bookings using the scope toggle. (By default, you see My Bookings -- your personal bookings.)
  3. Browse all bookings for today across the site. You can see who has booked what and whether they have checked in.

Filter bookings

Use the filters to narrow down what you see.

  1. Filter by type to focus on desks, rooms, or parking.
  2. Filter by status to find active, upcoming, or cancelled bookings.
  3. Filter by organisation to see bookings from a specific tenant.
  4. Filter by date to focus on a particular day or week

Investigate no-shows

  1. Filter the site bookings to Cancelled status.
  2. Look for bookings marked with a "No-show" reason. These are bookings that were automatically released because the occupant did not check in on time.
  3. Click into a booking to see the full timeline -- when it was created, when check-in was expected, and when it was released.

Tip: If you notice a particular floor or area has a high no-show rate, consider tightening the check-in window or reducing the advance booking limit for those spaces. See Manage booking policies.

Spot usage patterns

The site bookings view helps you identify trends:

  • A floor that is always full -- you may need to add more bookable desks or adjust policies to improve turnover.
  • A room that is always empty -- it might be hard to find, poorly equipped, or over-capacity for most meetings.
  • Consistently high no-show rates -- tighter check-in windows or shorter advance booking limits can help.
